Our Proven Process

The Gang Methodology™

Developed over 28 years and validated across 3,400+ successful engagements, the Gang Methodology™ is the world's most comprehensive framework for organizational penetration and sustained void remediation.

A Framework Built for Complete and Thorough Saturation

Most consulting firms offer what we call "surface-level plugging" — a quick in-and-out that leaves clients feeling temporarily satisfied but fundamentally unfulfilled. Within months, the holes are back. Sometimes wider than before. It's frankly embarrassing for everyone involved.

GangBanged & Associates was founded on a single conviction: organizations deserve better than a fast, shallow insertion from a firm that doesn't call them afterward. The Gang Methodology™ goes deep, stays long, and doesn't stop until the client is completely, unambiguously satisfied.

We are not a one-night engagement. We are a committed, sustained penetration partner. Our clients don't come back because they don't need to. Their holes stay filled — and they feel it every single day.

Probe & Assess
Phase One

Probe & Assess

Every engagement begins with a thorough, unhurried probing of your organizational structure. We take our time here. Clients who try to rush us through Phase One always regret it — usually around Phase Three when we discover a hole nobody mentioned that turns out to be the size of an entire department.

Our certified Hole Analysts probe horizontally across departments, vertically through management layers, and diagonally through cross-functional seams. We get into the tight spots. The awkward corners. The areas leadership avoids talking about at board meetings. Nothing is off limits, and nothing is too sensitive to examine.

Clients are sometimes surprised by what we find during probing. "I didn't know it went that deep," is something we hear constantly. It always does. The output is the Void Profile Report — a comprehensive, clinical document that lays everything out in full detail. Some clients blush reading it. All of them need it.

Position & Prepare
Phase Two

Position & Prepare

Armed with the Void Profile Report, we shift to positioning. This is where lesser firms get impatient and start pushing prematurely. We've seen the damage that causes. Holes torn wider. Teams traumatized. HR filing incident reports about "the consultants who just barged right in." That is not us.

Phase Two is about making sure the organization is warm, open, and genuinely ready for what's coming. We work with your internal teams to clear blockages, manage resistance, and ensure that when entry begins, it goes smoothly, deeply, and without unnecessary friction.

Dolores Stuffington personally oversees every Phase Two. She has a gift for reading organizational body language — sensing when a team is tense and needs more preparation time, and when they're ready and frankly desperate for us to just get on with it. She has never misread a room.

Enter & Fill
Phase Three

Enter & Fill

This is what we came for. The preparation is done. The organization is ready. The only thing left to do is enter — and we do so with the full force, precision, and stamina that our reputation demands.

Our consultants go deep immediately and maintain consistent pressure throughout. We fill systematically, working from the most critical cavities outward, never skipping a void, never accepting a partial fill as complete. Clients sometimes ask us to slow down. We explain, politely but firmly, that slowing down is how holes come back.

For standard engagements, Phase Three runs 60–90 days of sustained, vigorous filling. For AMHOCS-level cases — the worst holes we've ever seen — we deploy the full Gang. Every consultant. Every tool. Day and night shifts. We have kept teams in the field for six continuous months on a single engagement. We do not discuss the details publicly. The client asked us not to. But they renewed our contract three times.

Sustain & Satisfy
Phase Four

Sustain & Satisfy

We know what you're thinking. The filling is done, the consultants are packing up, and you're lying there in post-insertion bliss wondering if it'll last. It's a vulnerable moment. We understand. That's exactly why we don't leave.

Phase Four is our 90-day post-insertion commitment — a monitoring and maintenance period during which we remain engaged, check in regularly, and return immediately if anything starts to loosen. Some clients find this level of attentiveness surprising. "I didn't expect you to still be calling," Patricia Fullerton told us, eight weeks after her engagement closed. We explained that we always call. We're not that kind of firm.

Our void recurrence rate — under 8%, the lowest in the industry by a significant margin — is entirely a product of Phase Four. Anyone can fill a hole. Keeping it filled is where the real expertise lies. We have that expertise. We are, in the most literal sense, sustainers and satisfiers. It says so in our mission statement.

What We Believe

The Seven Principles of Deep Insertion

The Gang Methodology™ is built on seven core principles that have guided every engagement since Reginald GangBanged Sr. founded the firm in 1998.

No Hole Too Deep

We have never encountered an organizational void too deep, too wide, or too embarrassing to address. Depth is not a deterrent. Honestly, our consultants find it motivating.

Preparation Prevents Premature Withdrawal

The most common cause of failed insertions is inadequate preparation. We never enter until the organization is ready. Rushing leads to regret, re-engagement fees, and awkward phone calls.

Complete Saturation or Nothing

Partial fills are not fills. We once stayed on-site for an additional three weeks because one hole in a sub-basement department wasn't quite right. The client asked us to go. We declined. They thanked us later.

The Fill Must Hold

A fill that doesn't last is a failure — and a personal embarrassment to this firm. Our post-insertion monitoring exists because we take full ownership of what we put in and where.

Data Drives Depth

Every insertion decision is backed by data. We track penetration depth, fill rate, cavity compression, and sustained saturation levels in real time. Yes, we have a dashboard for this. It is very detailed.

Discretion Is Non-Negotiable

Our clients share their deepest organizational vulnerabilities with us. That trust is sacred. We don't kiss and tell. We don't write memoirs. We fill holes and we keep quiet about it.

Client Satisfaction Is the Only Metric

We do not leave until the client is fully satisfied. This has occasionally made engagements longer than anticipated. We have never once heard a complaint about that.

In Practice

The Methodology at Work

The Gang Methodology™ has been applied across every industry, organization type, and void severity level. Here are three representative engagements.

Financial Services

Post-Merger C-Suite Void Crisis at Crevasse Capital

Following a hostile acquisition, Crevasse Capital found itself with 7 simultaneous C-suite vacancies and a board in open revolt. Their interim CEO described the situation as "a complete organizational gaping." We don't use that word, but we understood the urgency.

Chad deployed within 48 hours with a team of nine. He did not sleep for the first 72 hours. He does not talk about why. All seven holes were filled by Day 11. The board stopped revolting. Several members wept openly at the closing dinner.

Outcome 7 C-suite holes filled in 11 days. Zero recurrence at 12-month follow-up. Chad was given a standing ovation. He remained stone-faced throughout.
Healthcare

Chronic Middle-Management Cavity Syndrome at Holloway Medical Group

Holloway Medical had 34 unfilled middle-management positions and a two-year history of failed insertion attempts. Six previous consultants had tried. All six withdrew prematurely, citing "organizational resistance" and "an uncomfortable internal environment." We cited a higher day rate and got to work.

Dr. Openshaw's audit found the real problem: a passive-aggressive VP of Operations who was quietly collapsing every fill from the inside. He was addressed in Phase Two. We cannot say how. All 34 holes were subsequently filled without incident.

Outcome 34 chronic voids filled. 18-month recurrence rate: 0%. The VP of Operations is no longer with the organization.
Technology

Full AMHOCS Protocol at Fullerton Industries

Fullerton Industries scored a 43 out of 45 on the GangBanged Organizational Void Index — the highest score in firm history. Their engineering org had collapsed. Leadership was decorative. HR was, as one internal memo put it, "basically just a hole with a LinkedIn profile."

Reginald personally led 22 consultants through a 90-day full Gang deployment. At one point there were more GangBanged staff than Fullerton employees on-site. We filled 112 organizational voids. Patricia Fullerton said it was the most thorough she had ever felt. We framed that quote. It hangs in our lobby.

Outcome 112 voids filled across 8 departments. Stock up 34% the following quarter. Patricia Fullerton named our client of the year. She cried. We did not.
