Reginald GangBanged Jr.

Chief Executive Officer & Founding Partner

Reginald GangBanged Jr. is a third-generation hole consultant who has spent four decades filling organizational voids that lesser firms refused to touch. His father, Reginald GangBanged Sr., founded the firm in 1998 with a simple conviction: no hole is too wide, no gap too deep, and no organization too far gone to be thoroughly filled.

Under Reginald Jr.'s leadership, GangBanged & Associates has grown from a boutique two-person insertion shop into a globally recognized penetration consultancy with offices on six continents. He personally oversaw the firm's landmark engagement with the Holloway-Fissure Group, in which a 14-person team achieved complete organizational saturation in just 11 days — a record that still stands.

Reginald is a frequent keynote speaker at the Annual Organizational Void Summit and has been profiled in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Penetration Quarterly. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a certificate in Advanced Gap Theory from the London School of Insertion.

"There is no shame in having holes. The shame is in leaving them unfilled."

Dolores Stuffington
Chief Penetration Officer

Dolores Stuffington

Chief Penetration Officer & Senior Partner

Before joining GangBanged & Associates, Dolores Stuffington spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company, where she led the firm's nascent Organizational Void Practice. It was there she developed her signature "Total Saturation Framework" — a proprietary approach to filling that prioritizes depth over speed, and sustained coverage over superficial plugging.

Dolores holds two US patents: one for her deep flooding technique known as the "Stuffington Surge," and another for a predictive cavity mapping algorithm that identifies organizational holes before leadership is even aware they exist. Her ability to locate hidden voids has saved dozens of Fortune 500 companies from collapse.

She serves on the board of the National Institute for Organizational Filling (NIOF) and chairs its Ethics in Penetration subcommittee. Dolores was named one of Consulting Magazine's "Top 25 Most Influential Penetrators" for five consecutive years.

"Superficial plugging is not filling. I don't stop until every cavity is addressed, from the surface level down to the deepest structural void."

Chad Rammington III
Head of Rapid Flooding

Chad Rammington III

Head of Rapid Flooding & Emergency Insertion

Chad Rammington III is widely regarded as the fastest deployer in the consulting industry. His record — 47 emergency flooding engagements in a single quarter, with a 100% fill rate and zero client complaints about premature withdrawal — has never been matched. When an organization suffers a sudden, catastrophic vacancy, Chad is the first call.

Chad developed the firm's Rapid Flooding division after recognizing a critical gap in the market: most consultancies were equipped for planned insertions but utterly unprepared for emergency scenarios. His "First Responder Flooding Protocol" is now the industry standard for crisis penetration response and is taught in executive education programs at Kellogg and Darden.

A former Navy SEAL with a background in rapid deployment operations, Chad brings a military precision to every engagement. He holds a black belt in organizational judo and once filled a C-suite vacancy in under four hours — including the background check.

"When a hole opens up unexpectedly, you don't have time to think. You flood first and ask questions later."

Dr. Brenda Openshaw
Director of Hole Analytics

Dr. Brenda Openshaw

Director of Hole Analytics & Chief Voidologist

Dr. Brenda Openshaw holds a PhD in Organizational Voidology from the Wharton School — one of only eleven people in the world to have earned this distinction. Her doctoral dissertation, "Cavity Persistence in Post-Merger Environments: A Longitudinal Study of Unfilled Gaps," is required reading at 14 business schools across North America and Europe.

As Director of Hole Analytics, Dr. Openshaw oversees the firm's proprietary Penetration Analytics platform, a suite of dashboards and diagnostic tools that measure insertion depth, fill rate, void recurrence, and long-term saturation stability. Her work has fundamentally changed how the industry thinks about measuring the success of an insertion engagement.

Dr. Openshaw has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers in journals including the Journal of Organizational Voidology, the Harvard Insertion Review, and Gap Theory Quarterly. She was awarded the Stuffington Prize for Excellence in Applied Void Science in 2021 and 2023.

"Data doesn't lie. And the data tells us, clearly and repeatedly, that organizations with unaddressed voids perform 34% worse than those that have been properly filled."
